Administrative Structure

The School is a residential institution where, in addition to academics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities, as well as daily living, dining, and discipline, are carefully managed through a structured administrative system. Students are divided into two Houses: Furqan and Burhan. Each House is overseen by a House Master and an Assistant House Master, both of whom are members of the teaching faculty. A hostel warden is also appointed to look after the students and support the House Masters. To help students develop leadership skills and a sense of responsibility, several student appointments are assigned within the House system.

School Appointments: School Prefect, Assistant School Prefect, Sports Prefect, Assistant Sports Prefect.

House Appointments: (Each House):House Prefect, Assistant House Prefect and Room Prefects.

Daily Routine: The daily routine at the campus caters for wholesome grooming including academics, physical activities, religious obligations and rest/recreation etc. The timing of various activities are set according to the season but a normal working day routine is as under:

b. Breakfastj. Prayers (Maghrib, Isha)
c. Hifz-ul-Quran Classes (3 periods)k. Prep-1 (Academic Classes)
d. School 1st Session Classl. Dinner
e. Prayers (Zohar, Asr) m. Prep-2 (Quranic study)
f. Lunch
g. Rest time
h. Academic Class (2nd Session)

Students’ Mess: School also has also a high-standard, hygenic mess facility where strict cleanliness protocols are followed at all times. Students are provided with a nutritious , well balanced , and carefully planned diet that meets their health and dietary needs. The mess routine reflects the institution’s strong commitment of students welfare, health, and overall well-being insuring that quality food and hygiene remain a priority.

Medical Facilities: School has medical facilities available at Al Kauther International Hospital 24/7.

Terms and Vacations: The academic year is divided into three terms which are normally as under:

1st Term .............................. April to June
Summer Vacation ................... June to July
2nd Term .............................. August to December
Winter Vacations .................... Last week of December to 1st week of January
3rd Term .............................. January to March

Note:

  1. Some necessary adjustments, however, may be made owing to Eid’s or other factors.
  2. The Hostel will remain closed during summer & winter vacations.
